Midweight Designer
Opportunity
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join our super-talented creative team across both our brands, as we look forward to new opportunities in 2022 and beyond. Our integrated approach means you’ll be working across a broad range of disciplines from web, animation and video to print and digital for a diverse range of clients including well-known brands.
Essential skills and attributes
- At least three year’s agency or in-house experience
- A solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – XD, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience in following marketing, design and pre-press processes for the development of artwork and/or digital assets
- Proven ability in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint preferred
- Creative flair and an understanding that typography and layout should be front of mind for all output
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a proven ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Well organised – planning, prioritising and managing personal workload
- Always approachable
Our ideal candidate will:
- Work on a range of projects including web design, branding & identity, design for print, design for digital, animation, video and photographic editing
- Follow established brand guidelines
- Carry out digital manipulation of images/animations/videos as needed
- Support senior colleagues on parts of larger projects / campaigns and working on specific smaller projects / campaigns of your own
- Take and interpret design briefs in liaison with the Creative Director, Head of Design, studio manager and relevant colleagues
- Respond creatively, enthusiastically and efficiently to those briefs, meeting deadlines as required

Necessary considerations
- At present we’re operating flexible working between home and office
- While being based at our Norwich office is preferred working remotely outside of the Norwich area will be considered for the right candidate
